To book your Mobishear 100% Cordless handpiece in for servicing, please complete the form below.

When you click ‘submit’, a PDF of the completed form will then be emailed to you with confirmation of your booking. This PDF must be printed and sent to us in the same package as the handpiece.

Products booked in for servicing can be returned, along with a printout of the completed form, to PO Box 89, Mount Barker SA 5251.
